Blue Square Premier side Gateshead have signed Blackburn Rovers winger Andy Haworth on a month-long loan.
Haworth, 20, made his senior debut for Rovers against Sunderland in the Carling Cup, later appearing in the FA Cup against the same club.
This season the wide man, who can operate on either flank, has made six reserve team appearances.
He is available for the Tynesiders' trip to Stevenage Borough in the league on Saturday.
