Flinders is hoping to break into Jon Hughes' first-team

Falkirk have signed goalkeeper Scott Flinders on-loan from Crystal Palace.

The 22-year-old joins the Bairns until January and is expected to be added to the squad for Saturday's game against Hibernian at Easter Road.

Flinders has made 13 appearances for Palace since joining them from Barnsley in 2006.

The goalkeeper was pushed further down the pecking order at Selhurst park when Darryl Flahavan was brought in from Southend as back-up to Julian Speroni.
