Exeter City manager Paul Tisdale has been named as League Two manager of the year by his peers.
The 36-year-old won the League Managers' Association Award for guiding City to automatic promotion out of League Two.
The Grecians gained promotion to League One in their first season back in the Football League, after coming up from Blue Square Premier in 2008.
Tisdale took over as manager of Exeter City in June 2006.
