Exeter City manager Paul Tisdale has signed a new two-year rolling deal with the League Two club.
The deal replaces the 12-month rolling contract the 35-year-old was on since joining the Grecians in 2006.
Tisdale guided City back into the Football League for the first time in five years with victory in the Blue Square play-off final in May.
He was previously manager of Team Bath and oversaw the side make four consecutive promotions.
They also became the first university for 121 years to play in the first round of the FA Cup in 2002.
This season Exeter are eighth in the table.
