Exeter City's parade to celebrate their victory in last week's Blue Square Premier play-off final will go ahead, despite an explosion in the city.

A 22-year-old man was arrested after a device exploded in the Giraffe cafe in Exeter's Princesshay shopping centre on Thursday lunchtime.

The bus will leave St James Park with the team on board at 1030 BST.

It will go down Sidwell Street and High Street before stopping at the Guildhall for a reception with the Lord Mayor.
