Blue Square Bet Premier side Eastbourne Borough have given new one-year deals to Ben Austin and Jamie Taylor.
Forward Taylor, 27, joined from Grays last summer and was Boro's leading goal scorer, netting 17 goals in 51 league and cup appearances.
Defender Austin has made over 400 appearances since joining from Eastbourne Town in 2000.
The 33-year-old won the club's supporters and players awards for the 2009-2010 campaign.
