Marc Pullan and Liam Enver-Marum are to leave Eastbourne Borough after their contracts finished.
Defender Pullan played 210 games for Boro after joining in 2006 from Worthing, scoring two goals.
Twenty-two-year-old striker Enver-Marum, scored 15 goals in 49 appearances after joining from relegated Woking in summer 2009.
Boro assistant manager Nick Greenwood said: "We wish both players every success in their future careers."
The club have agreed new deals with Neil Jenkins along with brothers Matt and Nathan Crabb.
Dan Brown will start the second of his two-year contract and terms have also been agreed with Darren Baker.
