Steve McMahon was with Blackpool for four years |
Former Blackpool boss Steve McMahon is the latest to be interviewed for the Dunfermline Athletic manager's vacancy. The 42-year-old former Liverpool midfielder, who left Blackpool seeking a fresh challenge, is due to speak to Pars chairman John Yorkston on Friday.
Stan Ternent, formerly of Burnley, is also meeting the Dunfermline chief.
Former Scotland defender Richard Gough will be interviewed on Sunday, while former Spain boss Javier Clemente is being spoken to next week.
Yorkston has already spoken to Davie Hay, who has just left Livingston.
Former Dunfermline defender Neale Cooper, presently managing Hartlepool United, is also believed to be in the running for the job at East End Park. McMahon, previously in charge of Swindon Town, left Blackpool last month by mutual consent after more than four years with the club.
