Doncaster have signed midfielder Ryan Burge on a short-term deal and Southampton defender Joseph Mills on loan until the end of the season.
Burge, 23, had been playing in the Spanish fourth tier for Jerez Industrial, who are linked with Glenn Hoddle's Academy.
He began his career with Birmingham and has had spells with Barnet, Forest Green Rovers and in Japan.
Mills, 21, was on loan at Rovers until the deal expired earlier this month.
He made nine appearances since his October move.
The Burge deal is subject to international clearance.
