Derby County defender Dean Leacock is desperate for a fresh start next season after an injury-ravaged two years.
Leacock, 26, joined from Fulham in August 2006 but has only started 89 games in four years with the Rams, and just 30 in the last two seasons.
"I want to put these injuries behind me and move on," he told the club website. "I've had two bad years with injuries so I need to work on my fitness.
"I hope I can come back a new man. I want to stay fit."
