Derby County manager Paul Jewell insists his team will keep fighting after a 2-0 defeat to Barnsley left them at the foot of the Championship.
He told BBC Radio Derby: "I'm really gutted for the players because we deserved far better than that.
"I'm devastated with the result but the performance for me was as good as we've played this season."
Goals from Iain Hume and Stephen Foster secured Barnsley's home win and lifted them from the bottom of the table.

Jewell said: "Performances won't get you results if you don't take chances.
"But if we play that way for the rest of the season we'll win more than we'll lose."
