Carlisle United striker Kevin Gall has extended his loan spell at League Two side Darlington until the end of March. Gall, 26, has been a useful asset for the Quakers, featuring in five games and boss Dave Penney has been delighted with the Welshman's efforts.
He told BBC Tees: "That [Saturday's 2-1 win at Bury] was his best game. That's the Kevin Gall I know, chasing back and going forward.
"Perhaps he's getting match fit after carrying a rib injury."
Penney has refused to rule out dipping into the transfer market further with the club's injury list continuing to loom large.

"The players have been in there [the physio room] a bit longer than I need them to. I thought Richie Foran would be back by now, and Kelts [Clark Keltie] is missing as well," he said.
"If we need to get bodies back out then I'll have to go into the loan market, simple as that."
