Dagenham boss John Still has insisted their Johnstone's Paint Trophy run will not affect their focus on the league.
The Daggers caused an upset by dumping League One Peterborough out of the competition to make the last 16.
But Still told BBC Essex: "The mark of a team is how they do in the league and I've always believed that.
"I think the cups are a side-issue, you can think 'we've made it through and that's nice' but we will concentrate hard on the league."
