Crystal Palace have signed winger John Oster and attacking midfielder Leandre Griffit on six-month contracts.
Frenchman Griffit, 24, joins from Swedish club IF Elfsborg where he had experience in European competitions.
Thirty-year-old Welsh international Oster joins on a free transfer after being released by Reading.
"John gives us that little bit of experience especially away from home," Eagles boss Neil Warnock told the club's website.
Oster, who has played for eight clubs including Sunderland and Leeds United, recently turned down a contract at Derby County after a trial at Pride Park.
Leandre likes to run at people, plays left, right or in behind the striker
Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock
Griffit, who has previous experience of English football with Southampton, Leeds and Rotherham, will bring plenty of experience with him to the Eagles squad.
Warnock said: "He is a player that has been recommended to me. He is a very positive lad.
"He likes to run at people, plays left, right or in behind the striker and is just a good acquisition really."
Griffit had recently been on trial with fellow Championship side Plymouth Argyle.
Both players are in contention for Tuesday night's League Cup fixture against Hereford United. Griffit is still awaiting international clearance but it is expected to go through on time.
