Crewe boss Thordarson has to make a decision on three trialists
Crewe Alexandra boss Gudjon Thordarson is to extend the pre-season trial of Faroe Islands full-back Jonas Tor Naes.
The 22-year-old international defender played for 45 minutes of Sunday's friendly against Nantwich Town.
Thordarson told BBC Radio Stoke: "A decision will be made on all of the trialists after the team plays at Hyde on Thursday night."
Crewe have so far signed made two permanent signings with Patrick Ada and Mat Mitchel-King joining from Histon.
Thordarson is also running the rule over two experienced players, in former Port Vale midfielder Craig Rocastle and ex-Wimbledon and West Ham man Adam Nowland.
Both were involved during the second half of the 1-1 draw with Nantwich.
The trio are under consideration after Thordarson elected to release previous trialists Nathan Koo-Boothe and Floribert N'Galula.
