Crewe were beaten 4-3 at home to Southend in September
Crewe manager Gudjon Thordarson is disappointed that Saturday's game with Southend has been called off more than 24 hours before the scheduled kick-off.
The League One game at Roots Hall was postponed after a noon pitch inspection on Friday lunchtime.
Thordarson told BBC Radio Stoke: "I want this game to take place and I want to start collecting points.
"Maybe they are more focussed on playing Chelsea in the FA Cup (on Wednesday) than playing us."
The postponement of the game at Southend is the second game that the Alex have lost to the weather in the space of five days.
Tuesday night's League One game with Bristol Rovers at the Alexandra Stadium was also abandoned because of a frozen pitch.
"It's not ideal from my point of view," said Thordarson. "I think the pitch inspection should have taken place later in the afternoon.
"It should have taken place at three o'clock. We saw here the other day that there was a huge difference when the sun came out."
