Brewster appointment will not affect Crawley's Raynor
Brewster had two spells in charge of Inverness Caledonian Thistle
Crawley Town assistant manager Paul Raynor says the addition of Craig Brewster to the coaching staff will not affect his role at the club.
Former Inverness and Dundee United manager Brewster, 44, joined the League Two club earlier this month.
Raynor told BBC Sussex and BBC Surrey: "Craig will work alongside me and we'll report to the gaffer, Steve Evans, as we always do.
"My role won't change. We've just got added experience from him coming in."
Raynor added: "We've spent some time with Craig over the last couple of months. He's watched how we do things, he's had his opinions and we've listened to him.
"He's going to be a very valuable addition to the back-room staff."
