Aldershot bring in coaches Matt Gray and Ashley Bayes
Holdsworth is preparing for his first full season as Aldershot boss.
Aldershot Town boss Dean Holdsworth has added coaches Matt Gray and Ashley Bayes to the club's backroom staff.
Gray, 29, joins from Blue Square Bet South side Eastleigh, where he was first-team coach.
Goalkeeping coach Bayes, 39, will work part time at the Shots, while also registered as a player at Basingstoke.
Holdsworth told the club website: "Matt is somebody who I have known for a while and brings his own experience in a variety of areas."
He added: "Ashley is a lively character who I played with at Brentford and will be extremely influential with the goalkeepers, their fitness and thier work-rate."
