Gill has made eight appearances for Cheltenham this season
Crawley Town have completed the signing of former Cheltenham Town utility player Ben Gill.
The 21-year-old has joined the Blue Square Premier side after a successful trial period at the Broadfield Stadium.
"Ben has signed until the end of the season - we feel he has come down here and done extremely well," assistant boss Paul Raynor told the Crawley News.
"He can play at right-back, in the middle of the park or out wide so he's very versatile."
Gill joins Crawley after being released by Cheltenham in January.
Meanwhile Crawley have extended the loan spell of Aldershot midfielder Lewis Chalmers for another month.
"Lewis will also be with us for another month which is fantastic," said Raynor.
"He has been frustrated because he was desperate to play some games.
"Gary Waddock [Aldershot manager] has been very helpful in allowing us to have him for a bit longer."
