Crawley Town have exited their Company Voluntary Arrangement after completing the payments owed to their creditors. Creditors have been paid 50p in the pound from total debts of around �1.4m and Blue Square Premier officials have lifted the club's transfer embargo.
Town will also appeal against the six-point penalty and suspended �10,000 fine imposed on them this week.
All 13 summer signings are now eligible to face Stevenage Borough in the first game of the season on Saturday.
Town completed moves for winger Jamie Cook, defender Curtis Ouja and striker Pierre-Joseph Du Bois on Friday.
The club was docked six points and handed the suspended fine on Tuesday over financial irregularities.
Crawley had gone into administration in June 2006.
A CVA was then agreed with their creditors - which needed to happen for the club to remain in the Conference.
