Sheridan's side are fifth in League Two but have failed to win in four games
Chesterfield boss John Sheridan has been handed a three-game touchline ban by the Football Association.
Sheridan was found guilty and fined £750 for comments made to match officials after the recent 2-2 draw with Burton Albion, which he denied.
Chesterfield had let a 2-1 lead slip deep into injury time.
The Spireites boss had just returned to the touchline after a two-game ban for misconduct for a similar incident during the 1-0 defeat at Notts County.
