Chesterfield have signed striker Bruce Dyer, midfielder Graeme Owens and defender Colin Hawkins before Thursday's transfer deadline.

Dyer, 32, has joined on a short-term contract until the end of the season following his release by Doncaster.

Owens, 19, has joined on loan until the end of the season from Middlesbrough and Hawkins joins from Coventry.

Hawkins, also a loan signing, has been told his contract at Coventry will not be renewed in the summer.
