Dyer has fallen out of favour at Doncaster |
Doncaster Rovers have cancelled the contract of veteran striker Bruce Dyer by mutual consent. The 33-year-old has suffered a spate of injuries over the past two seasons and has seen first-team opportunities at Keepmoat Stadium limited this term.
The former Barnsley forward has so far represented 10 clubs in his career.
A statement on the club website said: "Both parties felt it only right that the player be released and allowed to find a new club before the deadline."
