Cheltenham Town sign Bournemouth striker Jeff Goulding
Goulding has played non-league football for five different clubs
Striker Jeff Goulding has joined Cheltenham Town after being released by Bournemouth at the end of the season.
The 26-year-old joined Bournemouth in September 2008 and made almost half of his 50 appearances as a substitute, scoring four goals.
Goulding told BBC Gloucestershire: "I'm hungry for the chance to show that I can do it at this level.
"I'm 26, I've got good experience and I want to bring that to Cheltenham and show what I've got."
Goulding is manager Mark Yates's second signing of the summer after bringing in winger Brian Smikle from Kidderminster.
Yates said: "I had a conversation with Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe about Jeff a month ago. He's strong, mobile and he wants to do as well as he possibly can.
"Bournemouth did very well on a small budget and with a small squad. They didn't necessarily have the best players but they had the best spirit within that group and I've told him that's what I want."
