Ridley scored his first Cheltenham goal on the opening day against Grimsby
Cheltenham defender Lee Ridley says the Robins must be strong-minded for Saturday's game against bottom of the league Darlington.
The match comes after Cheltenham lost 5-4 to Bradford at home last Saturday.
"We talked in pre-season about having a strong group. We're not going to feel sorry for them" the former Quakers' loanee told BBC Gloucestershire.
"Against Bradford more than one or two had an off day. We're now keen to get to the next game."
Ridley had a short spell with the Quakers at the end of 2007, playing six matches, but under Martin Allen has established himself as the first choice left-back for the Robins.
"We've looked at the videos, worked through it and tried to iron out a few of the creases" he added.
"We had been looking pretty solid and nobody saw it coming really, conceding five goals at home. Hopefully we can go there and get a result."
