Cheltenham Town have signed midfielder David Hutton on a permanent deal from Tottenham Hotspur.
The 19-year-old wide man has penned a one-year contract with the option to extend it for a further 12 months.
Hutton arrived at Whaddon Road on loan at the end of March and played seven games for the Robins scoring one goal.
"He is very young, but he's very mature and I think it's a good signing for our club, manager Martin Allen told BBC Radio Gloucestershire.
"There has been interest actually from other clubs, so I'm delighted to get him - I have been worried for quite a few days that he was going to go somewhere else."
"When you've been somewhere for 11 years at a big Premier League club it is a difficult move psychologically to make and you need to go somewhere where you're going to be comfortable with the people."
"I should be able to help him along his way and hopefully develop him and give him a good year."
Hutton has been capped at Under-15, Under-16 and Under-18 level for the Republic of Ireland.
