Carlisle boss Greg Abbott warns against complacency

Carlisle boss Greg Abbott has warned his team that their "job is only half-done" after their 2-1 Johnstone's Paint Trophy win at Leeds on Tuesday night.
The Cumbrians only need to avoid defeat when the two sides meet in the Northern Area final second leg to reach Wembley.
"We are halfway there but there is a big mountain to still climb," Abbott told BBC Radio Cumbria.
"The second leg is going to be a hell of a battle and they are going to throw everything they have got at us."
Goals from Graham Kavanagh and Joe Anyinsah gave the Cumbrians the advantage from the first leg at Elland Road, after Jason Crowe had drawn the home side level.
We know what our players can and can't do and all the way through the team you are trying to work to players' strengths

The result continued Carlisle's recent good form at Elland Road over the last two years, which has seen them lose only once in five meetings.
"I think we have been playing quite well for quite a while to be honest, a few performances apart," Abbott said. "We have to work to players' strengths and that is what we do. We know what our players can and can't do."
The two sides will now meet in the second leg at Brunton Park on Tuesday, 9 February to decide who will meet either MK Dons or Southampton in the final on Sunday, 28 March.
Abbott has also continued to play down any urgency to add a new striker to his squad following the departure of Vincent Pericard to Swindon Town last week.
"We have got different types of players and if they work that is fantastic for us. And if they don't, and we think we need to do something about that, we do," he said.
"But the two lads (Scott Dobie and Joe Anyinsah) have put in a great shift for us and collectively as a team we were much, much better."
