Dave Jones has already rejected Premier League bids for Ramsey
Dave Jones hailed teenage sensation Aaron Ramsey following his starring role in Cardiff City's draw at Ipswich Town on Wednesday.
Welsh wonderkid Ramsey turned on the style to create Gavin Rae's opener before Jordan Rhodes's late leveller.
Manchester United's Sir Alex Ferguson is one of a host of Premier League managers tracking the 17-year-old.
"The kid has everything, he's a super talent," acknowledged City boss Jones. "He has great quality and composure."
Ramsey tricked his way past Ipswich defender Alex Bruce to lay a goal on a plate for Rae to score from two yards in the 37th minute.
The 5m-rated Welsh Under-21 international played right-back for City in their FA Cup semi-final victory over Barnsley and played in another four positions at Portman Road.
"We played Aaron on the right, on the left, in the middle and at left-back on Wednesday," said Jones.
"I believe if players have the ability that they can play in any position.
"They might not be the best but they'll still show a certain quality which will ultimately help in that player's development.
"The truth is we don't know Aaron's best position yet, whether it's in the centre of midfield, on the wing or just behind the front man."
Cardiff academy graduate Ramsey has only started ten games for the first-team but is hailed as one of the brightest prospects in British football.
Ramsey is set to follow Welsh youth stars Gareth Bale, Wayne Hennessey, Joe Ledley and Chris Gunter into John Toshack's senior Wales team when their 2010 World Cup qualifying campaign starts in September.
The Bluebirds have already rejected 1m bids from Premier League giants Liverpool and Everton for the Caerphilly-born star.
Ramsey, who at 16 years and 124 days, beat Toshack's record of being the youngest player ever to represent Cardiff.
Jones added: "The senior players around him are aiding Aaron's improvement massively.
"Aaron is quality but he must keep working hard to improve so he can fulfil his potential because it is however huge he wants it to be."
