Cambridge United have signed Forest Green Rovers winger Conal Platt for an undisclosed fee.
The 23-year-old former Liverpool trainee, who has also had spells at Bournemouth and Weymouth, has signed a two-year contract at the Abbey Stadium.
Platt told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "As soon as I found out Cambridge were interested it was a no-brainer.
"I just want to perform well for Cambridge with promotion now being the key target for everyone."
Platt added: "I've had a few managers over the years who maybe didn't rate me and it would be good to prove them wrong.

"I'll try my hardest at Cambridge and we can see what happens after that."
Cambridge boss Martin Ling told the club's website: "He's a player that will excite the crowd, being able to go on the outside of defenders.
"He gives great balance and is also able to get goals from wide areas."
