Cambridge United have added to their attacking options with the arrival of former Notts County winger Andy Parkinson on a free transfer.
Parkinson, 29, has signed a two-year deal at the Abbey Stadium and becomes the U's fourth summer signing.
Manager Gary Brabin told Cambridge's official website: "He's a fast, goal-scoring winger or forward.
"He can play on either flank or up front and he's one I've had my eye on for a while."
Parkinson has spent his entire career to date playing in the Football League.
He started as a trainee with Liverpool before spells with Tranmere, Sheffield United, Grimsby and Notts County.
Parkinson made 23 appearances for the Nottingham club in League Two last season, but failed to score.
He was released by County at the end of last season.
