Burton Albion manager Paul Peschisolido says the loss of games to the weather has caused problems for his team.
The Brewers hammered Aldershot 6-1 on 12 December but the cold snap means they have managed just one match since then, a 4-1 loss to Notts County.
"After the Aldershot game you want games coming thick and fast," Peschisolido told BBC Radio Derby.
"It's getting difficult now. We're going to have to start thinking about our fitness."
