Burton Albion are set to sign Nottingham Forest midfielder Mark Byrne on loan until the end of the season.
The deal for the 19-year-old is expected to be completed on Friday subject to Conference confirmation.
Byrne, who was picked up by Forest from Irish side Crumlin United, has made three substitute appearances for the Reds this season.
The Brewers, who are eight points clear at the top of the Conference, face Salisbury City on Saturday.
