Versatile Bristol Rovers defender Aaron Lescott has earned praise from first-team coach Paul Trollope.
The 29-year-old has played out of position at left-back this term because of Joe Jacobson's knee ligament injury.
"I understand he gets frustrated at left-back," Trollope told BBC Radio Bristol. "But he always gives his best.
"His versatility is crucial to us. His dedication off the pitch and performances on the pitch have been to a very good level."
