Former Peterborough defender Tom Williams has been handed a trial by Bristol City.
The out-of-contract left back, who spent last season on loan with Preston, will be on the bench for City's friendly at Torquay on Wednesday.
Williams, 30, started his professional career at West Ham and has played internationally for Cyprus.
City manager Steve Coppell said: "He'll get the chance to impress over the next couple of games."
The club have ended their trial with former Barnet striker John O'Flynn who accompanied the side on their tour of Sweden.
