Maynard says he has a goalscorer's instinct

Bristol City striker Nicky Maynard is confident his tactical awareness will bring regular goals for his new club.

City's record signing scored on his Championship home debut in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Derby.

Maynard told BBC Bristol: "I base my game on being in the right place at the right time and predicting where the ball is going to be.

"There are not many people who score easy goals and I like to think of myself in that category."
