Former Bristol City manager Alan Dicks says Gary Johnson has got to instil a calmness in his team if they are to gain promotion to the Premier League.
Dicks was the last manager to get City promoted to the top flight, in 1976.
He told BBC Points West his advice is: "I would say to remind themselves what's got them there, and produce it."
"It's like a good swing in golf, if you start to tighten up then you lose it. The boys have got to say 'we've got here, relax, let's get on and play'."
"Let's not make it a great fact that they've got to win every game - but obviously everyone wants them to win the last four."
Dicks has enjoyed watching his former club in action this season.
"I manage to get invited to the games and they look after me very well, I sit in the box so I get the best service and I've seen some very good games."

Former Bristol City manager Alan Dicks
The 73-year-old spent 13 years as manager at Ashton Gate, including four in the old First Division, so he knows a thing or two about handling pressure.
"It's worse when you're fighting relegation, [at least] you're not trying to defend your livelihood.
"If you go down you're not likely to be at the club the next year, as I found out!
"But you can't put your finger on it until you're there - I tried to lighten the load and have a lot of fun things in training."
As for the effect that promotion for City would have on Bristol, Dicks draws a parallel with his experience at Coventry City working alongside Jimmy Hill in the 1960s.
"We worked in the car industry area and we went from third to second and second to the old First Division and if we were winning, the production went up.
"The reaction was amazing in that city. I'm sure it's the same in Bristol.
"People will be more free with their words, they support you more, you get more people through the gate, all the things that matter."
