Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Alan Navarro has penned a new one-year deal with the Championship side.
The 30-year-old made only five appearances for the Seagulls last season after suffering a cruciate ligament injury.
Albion boss Gus Poyet told the club website: "He is someone who suits us and the way we want to play. He knows our style and our identity.
"It's now up to him to secure his place back in the team."
