Brighton midfielders Gary Dicker and Liam Bridcutt have signed new two-year contracts with the Seagulls.
Dicker, 24, has made 106 appearances since joining Albion from Stockport in March 2009.
Former Chelsea trainee Bridcutt, 21, joined Gus Poyet's on a short-term deal in August, and has made 42 appearances this season.
Striker Torbjorn Agdestein has also agreed a one-year deal with the League One champions.
Poyet told BBC Sussex: "I'm pleased because we were negotiating for a while.
"When you are in the situation we are, with players finishing their contracts, you can lose players.
"We know how important Liam and Gary were for us this season and they understand the way I want to play.
"It's good news we know they will be here for another two years at least."
