Brighton defender Inigo Calderon says he is flattered by rumours linking him with a move away from the Seagulls.
Reports have suggested that Celtic are interested in the 29-year-old.
But the Spaniard told BBC Sussex: "I'm not going to be a hypocrite. I like it when you are linked with clubs. It's because you're doing a good job.
"I think it's normal. We have to take a positive view. It's happened because the team is playing well and are at the top of the table."
He added: "If you're at the bottom nobody comes to watch you and there are no rumours.

"My future is Saturday against Peterborough. After three games off I'm focused on that. I am so happy here."
Calderon has been forced to sit out three games through suspension after being sent off in Albion's 1-1 draw with Charlton in December.
"I felt really frustrated. They really punish you when you are sent off," said the former Deportivo Alaves right-back.
"But when the match (against Peterborough) starts I'll forget everything in the past."
