Brighton captain Nicky Forster says his team will have to make rapid changes to improve after a fourth straight loss.
The club are out of the FA Cup after losing to Hartlepool and are just one point above the relegation places in League One.
Forster told BBC Southern Counties Radio: "We're in a mini rut and I'm sure we're going to have some tough times in training to get it right.
"It' s the manager's job to instil that in us in the next couple of weeks.
