Tindall admits comeback was scary

Jason Tindall
Tindall played his first match for almost two years on Tuesday

Bournemouth coach Jason Tindall admitted he was very nervous when he came on as a substitute in Tuesday's 1-0 win against Dagenham and Redbridge.

The 32-year-old last saw action for Weymouth back in April 2007, and it was almost three years ago that he last pulled on a Cherries shirt.

He told BBC Radio Solent: "I had a bit of a panic. But I just went out and tried to use my experience."

Tindall came on in the 69th minute for injured defender Ryan Garry.
