Broadhurst has made nearly 200 appearances for the Cherries |
Bournemouth defender Karl Broadhurst has signed a new one-year contract. The 26-year-old, who has made nearly 200 appearances for the Cherries, was the last of boss Sean O'Driscoll's out-of-contract players to re-sign.
Having come up through the youth ranks, Broadhurst wore the captain's armband for much of the 2004/05 season.
A back injury kept him on the sidelines for a 12-month spell, but he returned in February this year to make seven appearances during the run-in.
