Birmingham have signed Dutch winger Daniel de Ridder on a free transfer from Spanish side Celta Vigo. Amsterdam-born De Ridder, 23, was out of contract with Vigo and has agreed a three-year-deal with Birmingham.
Blues boss Steve Bruce said: "He had a bit of a problem last season with an injury but he did very well for Holland in the European Championship.
"He can play left side, right side, through the middle and off the front. We're delighted he has joined us."

Bruce added: "He is very, very versatile and he will be a fantastic addition to the squad.
"We have beaten off a bit of competition, from his hometown club Ajax in particular, so it was great to get him."
De Ridder was a key player for Holland during their recent Uefa Under-21 Championship triumph.
He started his career with Ajax, making his debut as a 19-year-old, before moving to Vigo in 2005.
De Ridder is City's fifth signing of the summer so far after Fabrice Muamba, Stuart Parnaby, Garry O'Connor and Olivier Kapo.
