FA Trophy winners Barrow have released winger Carlos Logan, striker Luke Powell and defender Gareth Jelleyman after their contracts expired.
Logan, 24, who has made 78 league appearances for the side, ends a two-year association at the club having played his part in the run to Wembley.
Jelleyman's second stint at Holker Street saw him feature in 26 games this season but miss the Wembley game.
Powell, 18, made just two appearances during his three-month stay.
Barrow's highest league position and a successful Wembley final have raised expectations at Holker Street, and Bluebirds joint-boss Dave Bayliss admitted the importance of building for the future has forced the club's hand.
"We felt over the length of the season, in a season's worth of games, we didn't get enough out of Carlos," Bayliss told BBC Radio Cumbria.
"Even though he was fantastic on Saturday, we had to look at the bigger picture.
"Gareth Jelleyman was a hard decision, but with the form of Paul Edwards, we couldn't keep both of them financially."
If he goes, we'll just have to look around but we've got lads earmarked if he does - if he gets an offer from a League One or Championship club, you don't blame him for going
Dave Bayliss on Andy Bond
Bayliss also revealed that teenage striker Luke Powell was in the club's plans, but has been uncontactable and thus leaves the club without a new deal in place.
Meanwhile contract offers have been issued to Andy Bond, Paul Jones, Paul Edwards, Paul Rutherford, James Owen and goalkeepers Stuart Tomlinson and Tim Deasy.
Bond in particular has been linked with a move away from the Furness peninsula following his form this season but Bayliss is confident the club can cope regardless of the decision.
"He's like the other 10 we've got to play every Saturday, he's a jigsaw piece but he's not the complete puzzle," he added.
"If he goes, we'll just have to look around but we've got lads earmarked if he does go. If he gets an offer from a League One or Championship club, you don't blame him for going.
"We chatted to him the other day and he's not ruled out of staying with us yet so we'll see what has happened."
Phil Bolland, Jason Walker, Robin Hulbert, Mike Pearson, Simon Spender, Nick Chadwick, Gregg Blundell and Mark Boyd are all signed up until 2011.
