Barnsley striker Iain Hume has said he will be fit to start pre-season after recovering from a fractured skull.
The 25-year-old has not played since having surgery on the injury following a challenge by Sheffield United's Chris Morgan during a game in November.
The Canada international told the club website: "As soon as pre-season starts, I am back in my eyes and hopefully in the gaffer's.
"I have a lot to prove to people who have given me their amazing support."
