Cheltenham Town defender Michael Townsend will stay on loan at Barnet for an extra month.
The centre-back had his loan deal extended after making a good impression in seven games for the Bees.
The 22-year-old, who joined Barnet last month, started at Cheltenham as a trainee in 2004 and has remained at the club ever since.
Townsend was Barnet's first player to be booked for dissent this season, in Tuesday's FA Cup defeat by Rochdale.
