Cheltenham Town defender Michael Townsend will be out of action until the new year because of an ear problem. The former Wolves trainee has been suffering with labyrinthitis which affects balance, but has now been given the all clear.
Senior sports therapist Ian Weston told the club's website: "We have taken the decision to leave him out completely until the new year.
"That will allow Michael to concentrate on getting himself right."
