Wycombe manager Gary Waddock is unsure what reaction he will receive when he makes his return to Aldershot for Saturday's League Two clash.
The Chairboys boss left the Shots in October last year after two-and-a-half years at the EBB Stadium.
He told BBC Surrey: "It's going to be strange going back, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the club.
"I really don't know what the reception will be. The fans are fantastic and they played a big part in our success."
He added: "I had a fantastic time at the football club and am pleased with what we achieved.

"But nothing lasts for ever and you have to move on."
Meanwhile Waddock has defended his interest in some of his former players, having signed Andy Sandell and Dave Winfield on free transfers in the summer.
"All I can say is there are some good players at Aldershot," Waddock continued.
"The two players who came this way were both out of contract.
"The players had the decision to make. Others I've shown an interest in are because they're quality players.
