Jaimez-Ruiz made 62 appearances during three years with the Shots
Aldershot Town manager Kevin Dillon has released six players from the club.
Mikhael Jaimez-Ruiz, Dean Howell, Lewis Chalmers, John Grant and Omer Riza have all left the club while Chris Blackburn has joined Wrexham.
Dillon told BBC Surrey: "We're not offering Mikhael a contract. I've decided to go with Jamie Young who's been offered a contract.
"In this league you don't carry two experienced keepers. It'll free a bit of money on the budget."
He added: "We'll probably go with Jordan [Clement] as a number two for next year.
Dillon has also offered new deals to Anthony Charles, Scott Donnelly, Kirk Hudson, Andy Sandell, Louie Soares, and Dave Winfield.
Defender Aaron Brown and striker Dean Morgan have been offered deals but Dillon has revealed Brown has had an offer from a League One club while Morgan is considering his options.
