Glasgow Warriors' match against Treviso has been called off
Saturday's Second Division match between Alloa and Peterhead is the only Scottish Football League game to survive the freezing winter weather.
The SFL had already called off its games at Dunfermline and Berwick and on Thursday postponed another 12.
All six Scottish Premier League matches were postponed on Wednesday because of the chaotic travel conditions.
Sunday's horse racing meeting at Kelso was called off on Tuesday and Monday's Musselburgh event is also cancelled.
Glasgow Warriors' Friday Magners League match against Treviso is another sporting event to fall to the cold snap.
Alloa's artificial pitch passed a Friday inspection, while the surrounding areas at Recreation Park have been deemed safe for supporters.
Meanwhile, Dundee have been forced to postpone Monday's fundraising derby match with Dundee United because of the wintry conditions around Dens Park.
The First Division outfit, who need money to help them through administration, are hopeful the match can eventually be played with a date after New Year the most likely alternative.
"In light of the severe weather conditions across Scotland, which are forecast to continue for some time, all Clydesdale Bank Premier League games have been postponed this weekend, Saturday 4 December," said the SPL in a statement on Wednesday.
"It is hoped that this early notice of postponement, whilst disappointing, will allow everyone to plan accordingly.
"New dates for the fixtures will be announced in due course."
The SFL hoped to give its clubs every opportunity to prepare their grounds and were hopeful that some matches could go ahead where the clubs were in close proximity.
However, the raft of call-offs means a second weekend of significant disruption in Scottish football - with seven SFL and Scottish Cup games having also been postponed on Tuesday.
Amid the referees' strike and problems with the weather, only four SPL matches took place last Saturday and the SFL programme was wiped out.
Undersoil heating - a requirement for SPL clubs - was likely to have ensured that pitches were playable and Inverness Caledonian Thistle, in particular, had been confident that their match against Dundee United would proceed.
"The pitch is in fantastic condition and there are no concerns over the game," said an Inverness spokesman. "Having the snow on top of the pitch acts like a blanket."
But, after liaising with clubs and local police authorities, it was decided that the inclement weather could make conditions treacherous and unsafe for supporters.
Dunfermline's First Division match against Partick Thistle and East Stirlingshire's trip to face Berwick Rangers in Division Three were the first fixtures to fall by the wayside.

The weather had already disrupted players' preparations, with some SPL clubs being unable to find training facilities.
St Johnstone's players were scattered around four different training centres, with facilities in Perth, Glasgow, Stirling and Edinburgh being used.
They had also booked the indoor centre at Toryglen in Glasgow for Thursday - and it is a facility in high demand.
Kilmarnock manager Mixu Paatelainen was able to book the complex, near Hampden, for his players on Tuesday.
"I wish there were more facilities like this in Scotland," he told BBC Scotland. "We don't have many like this in Scotland and hopefully they build more."
